    The screw lifts also need to be upgraded to T4 (and one belt on level 2). You need 480 screws/min but a T3 lift can only do 270.

    On level 3, there's a missing T3 lift for the Reinforced Iron Plates. Also, preexisting power connections would be a nice addition.
