I ended up with 24 Gens in this setup (12 each side).

Best way I found to run it all was fill the fluid buffers first before connecting to the supply pipes, letting all fill again and then added in coal belts.

3x Coal Gen (225MW) 45 Coal/min Tier 2 Pipes, Mk4 Belts Maintenance Floor for connecting belts either end. Belts are fed from LHS.
