Balancer X to Y

A balancer, which distributes the items from X connected inbound belts to Y connected outbound belts.

    Note: If the an output belt does not take its share (because its filled up, or a smaller belt is connected, etc.), the remaining items are equally distributed between the remaining belts. This is in contrast to usual balancer behavior.
