I used this first and then later the "Average Citizens Starter" with walls around. 3 inputs of 60 iron, copper, and limestone pm and outputs of all the basic materials (concrete, screws, plates, rods, wire, cable) I use it still in my playthrough where I build my first aluminium Factory and it has enough production for what I needed. Also I put 2 large storage containers in front of each output.
