Takes Coal, Sulfur, Iron Ingots and Copper Ingots (in that order) as input, as well as a Rubber container that takes manual refills. Consumes 100 MW max. Only alternate recipe is Solid Steel Ingot. Designed for intermittent use.

Edit: As of Update 6, this factory will still produce Nobelisks and Spiked Rebar, but the Rifle Cartridge line will break.
