4 Fuel Generators to sit on top of blueprint A, connected by a pipe at the bottom. Stacks on itself 3 times to use up all rocket fuel.

Each stack consumes 40 rocket fuel to produce 2400 MW, so 7200 MW when fully using the 120 rocket fuel.
