It's a tree. It turns CO2 into breathable air and gives birds and small rodents a home.

Note: this is a fake tree.

Instructions: When you place the tree, the leaves will be grey. Just mouse over them with the paint tool and they'll turn green. You can remove the leaves for a barren wasteland effect.
