@MarsToSirius and @ToAll, i applied correction. Each Alu solution output have now dedicated alu scrap refinery. Means, no more clog due to water, in some constellation. You can simple delete existing blueprint and build new one(modified) on same place.

I really like this 120 Battery setup. It's clean and concise. Feels good to come back to Satisfactory after months away and still enjoy Katoo's clean and efficient BPs. The [current] water issue isn't a strike against the rating whatsoever for me. Recommended+

Im really sorry guys, for troubles you face with this. Unfortunately, in some constellation(i did not found root cause, maybe mods,...) VIP doesnt works properly. I avoid mixing fresh and waste water from 1.0, due to VIP issues. But problem appear later, water is clogged due to full alu solution in next step. Reason is simple, i connected both alu solution together with VIP and if refineries with waste water have full alu solution, it accumulate water and then clog. It should not happen, but sometimes it does. I tested it with my friend, where he faced this issue on his computer, but his save on my computer works well. Im too busy by RL now, but i will make new version ASAP, where of course waste and fresh water will not be mixed, but also alu solution will go to dedicated refineries and not mix together. If someone who face issues with current version, want to help me test new version before publish, contact me on discord. Thanks guys.

Hello Katoo! Your mods have been awesome, and I've rated them accordingly. Here, I just want to echo what @Donk and @frodonne have said about needing to flush the water pipes, as this was my experience as well in one of your Aluminum setups. I bet Donk is correct about it being a rounded % in the background eventually leading to a water output clog, or otherwise some other unintended bug with an update since you had originally made these. Either way, just letting you know.

Katoo, Been really enjoying your blueprints take a lot of hassle away from playing this game again for me. However, I wanted to mention that I've experienced similar issue as HyperLordBender. Periodically after running for hours with no issue the BP will lock up and stop production of aluminum. I poked around on it a bit before doing a full delete and rebuild and found that some refineries get water bound on their output. Flushing all water from the pipe system in the front of the BP will allow it to run again for some time. I've also observed this "water block" on many other Blueprints of yours that process Bauxite into some form of aluminum. Such as Al Ingot 780/min, and both Space Elevator upgrade 4 BPs. Not sure if this is some rounding error in production % eventually leading to too much water in the system or something else as the root cause. It's difficult to debug much due to its stacked nature.

I am still using it just fine but just need to periodically flush the water system.

Hi there, I bult the blueprint and half of the parts flew off in the distance and disappeared. I only have a couple of refineries, a manufacturer and a bunch of pipes and belts with no splitters or mergers. Any ideas why this would happen? I lost a lot of materials. Thank you

Im not sure whats going on. I just went to it to see why I wasnt seeing any batteries. It was offline and nothing was moving. But a simple toggle of the power made it work again.

HyperLordBender it is very easy to check, because output is 120, so if you put MK.2 belt on output, you will see, it is full. Same you can see on 3rd picture(it is from my tests).

Hmm ok. Ill keep an eye on that factory. I know its a stacked thing, I only looked at the output just to see why it was using water, and why it could be stopped. But if you say it should be good, then I trust that. I am planning on moving my entire factory to the desert so I can cleanup the spehgetti mess I currently have from learning and experimenting with things...

I forgot mention, do not try to check, what is connected where. It is stacked blueprint, you can see 3 refineries, but in reality, there is 12 stacked refineries. What you can see by your eyes, is far away from reality, how it is connected.

HyperLordBender no worries mate. First of all, i mentioned in description, that i avoid using VIP connection, means, it can not clog. Fresh water i directed only to one refinery, second refinery is connected only to waste water. So they are not mixed = it can not clog. Copper ingots produced is also enough, if you deliver enough ore. You just needs to wait, until all refineries will start producing copper ingots on 100%. This is STACKED blueprint, there is 8 refineries producing copper ingots, not just one. And due to liquids way of working, they start one by one, limited by filing internal buffer to 50.

Oh and yes I checked where it was outputting. The copper input doesnt seem to be enough, could add a sink with a programmable splitter so that any overflow goes into it

This blueprint has an issue with the aluminum scrap recipe having water as an output. Which will eventually stop all production
