It should be usable at Tier 3+, but is more limited in what it can produce due to the lack of Manufacturers and Blenders.

The insides of the Jr. box are pretty ugly because I need to recreate it from the full version whenever I change that blueprint. I removed everything that would be unavailable at Tier 3+, but left everything else in, even if it is unused.
