You Probably will need unrestricted nudging via the infinite nudge mod to place these (https://ficsit.app/mod/InfiniteNudge)

(If you're having trouble, here is a foto of how it should be placed: https://imgur.com/a/AMjD6bG. Also try aligning it with the hovering foundation first and then nudge it, without holding control, in the right spot)

If you want the design to look like the photo you also need to lower the pillars on the tower with nudge mode. I can also update the pillars in the megaprint, but i thought it looked better to have them all aligned until you connect rails.
