Instructions: Connect crude oil & power. Go to top of generator tower (if you need a ladder, see sign near the awesome sink; see 3rd carousel picture). Wait until the first of the storage tanks reaches a level of at least 1600 (10+ minutes). Open both valves all the way to 600 (they're red!). Generators will begin turn on for a stable 10 GW (15+ minutes).

It appears that there's no full 10GW integrated pre-blender blueprint published on this site (I must be missing it?), so here you go! The intent is that you would use this when you first get to oil. Even though the blueprint uses Mk.2 pipes, you don't need those unlocked as long as you have the raw materials.

Commentary: I wasn't even planning on making this blueprint, but I wanted to make and burn off some diluted fuel in my upcoming oil-based electronics factory, I started making a diluted fuel pack/unpack/refinery module, one thing led to another, and now I have a pretty solid little blueprint. This diluted fuel system is way more resilient than my other diluted fuel blueprint. Enjoy.
