Ultracompact 10GW Early Oil Diluted Fuel v2

10GW from 300 crude oil using packaged/diluted fuel loops (no aluminum). Requires plastic and rubber to build, so make sure you have some handy.

  • Polymer Resin 200/min (sinked)

Details:

  • Uses 8 shards
  • 6x6 (Vanilla Mk.3 designer)

  • v2: Uses waste resin to make 30/min fabric and containers for packaged fuel. If you're going to use this for packaged fuel, let the storage tanks fill extra so the generators don't run out. Excess resin also available to be conveniently belted out.

Instructions: Connect crude oil & power. Go to top of generator tower (if you need a ladder, see sign near the awesome sink; see 3rd carousel picture). Wait until the first of the storage tanks reaches a level of at least 1600 (10+ minutes). Open both valves all the way to 600 (they're red!). Generators will begin turn on for a stable 10 GW (15+ minutes).

    How did all of you solved the Power Problem? When I connect the Power Input, none of the inner Parts get's any Power...is it still the Problem with the Wall Power Part?

    Sounds like you aren't delivering the 300/min crude or you interrupted it and the system can't recover after the buffers got too low. Confirm your input, close the valves, allow the buffer to refill, and restart the system. Any further problems, reach out to me on discord. Thanks!

    Fill rate will randomly bottom out and the drain rate will spike over 900, buffers never remain stable

    How is this system able to produce the water cannisters without a water input?

    One of the features of this blueprint is that there are 14 independent canister loops, so there's no chance that there's ever too many cans in any one loop. If the system is disrupted (sounds like there were some power grid issues), cans will wait at the next point in loop, but then once water & crude--fuel is powered back on, the system will re-equilibrate itself.

    Definitely, if the power grid was disrupted and the fuel levels in the fluid storage drop too much because crude stopped getting pumped into the system, you'll need to shut the valves and let the fuel build back up to the ~1600 mark like you did when you started the blueprint to have stable 10 GW.

    At the beginning it worked great, I installed a priority switch. Unfortunately something blew the fuse, and then too many empty canisters were added? and the machine bricked. Rebuild it once and set priority to 1. That way you won't have any more problems. Thanks :)
