Requires 23 power shards and used ~570 MW to make enough fuel for 5 reactors, netting ~11,500 MW depending on miners and water extractors All vanilla. Open design. Mk2 max belt.     The mk1 conveyor lifts for concrete production cause a delay in production as it isn't getting limestone in fast enough by default. The one constructor needs 90/m but the mk1 lift is 60/m. Upgrading to mk2 solves the issue and then the rest of the input rates seem fine.

    BP Edit Jan-10-2024 -Fixed the conveyor lifts for the constructor that feeds concrete into the blender. -Adjusted the position of one of the hanging belts above the blender since it was crooked
