Compact Stackable Hex Assembler Mk3 Belts

This allows you to build assemblers in a compact, stackable, modular way to reduce the complexity of large builds.

Extra care has been taken to ensure the build is compact without looking implausible.

This version has Mk3 belts for accessibility.
