This is my version of clean coal building. You need 780 coal per min for the 52 coal generators. All pipes, conveyor Belts and powerpoles under the foundations. The waterextractors in the middel need 95% (4 water extractors) and the others 16 needs 98% capacity. You can connect the Belt on all 4 sides (only one side you need for the 780 belt). Now the upgrade for Update8 with 2 batteries behind the Coalgenerators.
