Stacked version of factory producing 30 Reinforced Iron Plates per minute.

Starting procedure - connect iron ore, coal and power, based on images. Factory will start production on ~93% ratio and slowly ramp up. 100% ratio(30/min) will be reached in ~5 minutes.
Do not change anything in blueprint. If you do, it will destroy its functionality. Then no other way, only to delete it and build again. You can load it to designer, feel free to add architectonics, but don't touch belts, splitters/mergers, machines.
