In and OUT are Mixed up

So this is a great design, but like @Sistema mentioned there's something off with the connections. maybe it's an update 8 thing. the issue is specifically with the lifts and conveyor holes. once i deleted and re-added them manually i got it working. I had to delete and re-add some of the belts on the underside too. I havent made any blueprints myself, is there a way for me to re-save this blueprint now that i have it working?

That should only be a visual glitch. If you save the game and reload the save file, the conveyor lifts should be connected to each other.
