1. Place this BP on the ground.
2. Jump near it and launch your parachute.
3. Press forward to glide along the beams, to gain height and speed.
4. Select removal tool, set it to Blueprint.
5. Delete the BP when you are near the top (to preserve resources).
6. Fly away!
