45 concrete, 40 iron plates, 21 wire, 30 cable and 45 iron rod.

You need Alternate Iron Wire. Input is 135 concrete and 150 Iron Ore. You can overclock everything 250% as well as have faster belts. And if you plan on not removing it afterwards, you can decorate it.

Iron Ore and Concrete are all over the map.
