Made entirely of vanilla parts in Blueprint Designer Mk.4.2. (Blueprint Designer Plus mod). You can use it without mod, but you won't be able to modify the blueprint.

You should add some beam connectors at the base of a building by yourself. That's because Blueprint Designer doesn't allow to place connectors on the floor.

Designed for 300 m³/min. of Crude Oil input.

Also produces 1.67 GW of energy as a bonus.
