Powerplant outputting ~7 GW of power from 240/min crude oil, using alternate recipes.

Offers minor side outputs of Rubber, Plastic, Fabric and Packaged Fuel. Produces a slight excess of fuel with several fuel buffers to ensure smooth running. Also includes 4 GW worth of power storage. Can be easily copied to take advantage of greater crude oil supplies.

Uses Heavy Oil Residue, Diluted Fuel and Polyester Fabric alt recipes. No mods.

Architecture note: if copied to the original location, it's served by a convenient stone-arch bridge.
