By utilizing beams on top of the 2m stair foundation I was able to create beam stairs. I then linked them to a central pillar and rotated each central section by one. After building a beam spiral I simply placed 4m strip signs on each step, an end cap beam, and then deleted the original beams. Using the end cap beam segments you can put the original beams back in if you'd like.
