@sergprom 4 generators are OFF and it is OK. Remaining once produce exactly 35GW.

Four generator tower each have one generator off.

Awesome work! Love this blueprint! I created 3 of them and you need huuuuge amount of coal and sulfur, but when it's all up and running, I have no more power headaches :3 thanks :3

I am a little slow, but having a great time, There is something nice about doing it at your own pace. I Just this minute got the generator running! Boy the hum of the generators and startup - Almost as good as my first Gas engine rebuild at age 12! That was a thrill that changed my life, I can now fix almost anything I deal with in my life (Microwaves excluded). I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate all the work that went into making, and then listing this for us. A big heartfelt "Damm Your Good"! It makes playing the other parts of the game easier for sure! Just, wow.

Kool Kevin yes exactly, it is what machines consume. So you need it as starting power. Then of course, it will be supplied by 35GW, cos they are connected together, but for initial start, you need 900MW.

Thanks for all your great blurprints, you work hard at it, the quality stands on its' own. My question is: Can I assume the 900MW is a start load requirement? (or maybe simpler is to ask How much do you need to start this Giant?!) I am going to gather the parts/pieces and resources to make this happen while I wait for an answer, again thanks so much for sharing these great blueprints with us, you do it the right way and discribe it well on how to use it - I just wanted to know how much powerplant I need to build to start this!

Scottishbigyin check production ratio of blenders, probably you do not deliver enough resources. It is optimized to produce small excess of rocket fuel, so if you deliver enough resources, it must works.

Great blueprint, did what guide suggested wait until full, then quickly opened to 300, but after about an hour or so, a lot of the reactors getting fuel starved, some got a full tank of 50, and refill quickly, while others barely get a drop of rocket fuel, this isn't just across one or two, but across the full thing, the fluid buffers getting full and drain rate equal, baffled what is causing this, any suggestions would be great

BadInfluence glad to hear, you found root cause. Buffers and valves are always trouble makers, use them only in case, if there is no other solution. Like in my case, without buffer and valve, stabilizing of generators will last 1-2hours. With buffer and valve it is few minutes. So no way, i needed to use them in blueprint. But it has to be perfectly tested, before publishing.

to be specific, it was one i had on my nit gas near my wells, not one from the blueprint

it was a fluid buffer, it was full so idk why deleting that fixed everything, but it did!

im pulling from the eastern dune forest, making 1200 at that location, and bringing it over to lake forest crude oil, im bring over 600 gas to attempt to power 2 of this blueprint, but before i could even finish setting up the 2nd half, i noticed the first half wasnt getting enough gas

BadInfluence interesting, if you are sure, you produce enough gas, you can try to update pipes to MK2 from input point to blenders.

for a temp fix until someone can help me with this bug, or i find a solution, i sombersloopd one blender and turned the other one off. testing now to see if this will back anything up

im having issues with nitrogen gas, i didnt use any pumps in my system, i still tried to flush the pipe network, i even tried putting in 600 instead of 300, i cant get enough gas to the blenders, do you know any other bug fixes i can try to make this work?

BadInfluence no, you dont, they are already OFF. It is plug and play version. Power connection is on above the door, between blenders, marked with sign.

to have 100% stable power, am i supposed to turn off some generators? also is there a power input im not seeing? or do i just link power in near the pipes?

Hey Katoo, thanks for the reply. I found the problem - it was a water starvation issue towards the entry point for some reason. I upgraded some of the water pipes to MK2 (as per gir489's post) and also Somerslooped both of the rocket fuel blenders on top, turned on all gens, and it seemed to have worked. Power is consistent now after 20ish hours of playing. I have 4 of em up and running and am producing 220GW of power along with my other generators. More than enough for endgame. Thanks very much for this amazing build. This is def by far the best power blueprint I've seen yet.

Hello Swaggaccino, 4 generators are OFF and it is ok. Remaining once produce exactly 35GW. If you have lack of fuel, check bottom blenders, generating fuel. There can be more reasons, usually lack of water due to wrong head lift(or oil). If you have problem with Nitrogen gas and you sure, you deliver enough gas, make sure, you dont use pumps on gas(they are just trouble maker and useless in case of gas), then try flush entire network, it usually help with that bug. If not, feel free to upgrade pipe to MK2, but MK1 is enough for 300m3/min gas.

So what exactly was the problem again? I did find one fuel gen by the sulfur lift turned off. I turned that on. I also did note that the blenders are starved of fuel after equilibrium was reached and I had stable production for a few hours. Is it a problem with the fuel lift in the clean pipeline mk1 going into the blender? Thanks!

Yeah sorry about that Katoo. I did also have balancing problems with the Nitrogen. It seems even though my source pipe is 600 throughput, the MK1 pipe on the input side was causing it to choke? I upgraded the input pipe to MK2 (and colored it copper to try and match, although MK2 pipe looks like shit) and now the nitrogen balancing problems are fixed.

@Katoo THAT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE. I recognized that you'd used your other BP with the clustered generators, but it didn't even occur to me to math-out the resource consumption. I might try to find the other 3 that are off and see if I can sloop or otherwise balance out the fuel just for fun to use them all :D Thanks for your response, and yes, the fact that we can't Edit comments here annoys the hell out of me tbh

MarsToSirius, i used my old blueprint for generators, where there 24 in one BP. It can generate 6GW and 6 of them are used, so it is 26GW. But machines produced only 600 rocket fuel, which is not enough for 144 generators. 4 generators in total are off. Thats reason why 35GW and not 36GW. You can turn them ON, you will get 36GW, but i will not be perfectly stable, time to time, one generator will lack fuel. It has to be fully stable with 143 generators, but i decided to keep 35GW, nicer than 35750 :)

gir489dont scare me, i thought, i forgot overclocked blenders. Glad to hear, it is working now.

Terribly sorry, but I figured out the issue. I forgot to put a pump on the water supply, so the fuel plants were starving.

I followed your instructions, and got the plant running to capacity, where all the tanks were pumped full of Rocket Fuel, then turned the vales to 100%. The plant took a while to come to life as you mentioned, but eventually it did. After a few hours of running though, the plant seemed to fall out of equilibrium. I tracked the issue down to a problem with the top two blenders being (eventually) starved for fuel to turn into rocket fuel. At the moment, I've just thrown soomersloops into the two blenders to keep the production of rocket fuel into the black so that the plants don't stall anymore.

Your instructions worked out great! I love that you include those specifics. It's really fun to enjoy these brilliant setups with the step by step successes and see it hum to life, just like it says on the tin. The choice of coloring and precision of the arrangement is really something. Like, it actually looks so good, and feels great to see it tick.

I don't know if you've mentioned it somewhere, but you have a generator switched off in the tower cluster just to the right of the Coal Input. As they're clustered together so tightly, it's a little difficult to describe (and re-locate!) which one, but it's the cluster by the Coal Input, and it seems like it's a generator that you can access by standing next to the Sulfur lift, which is on your left side as you access the generator. When you access it, it says "Production Paused", and the switch is off. While it's difficult to tell, I believe this is the only one.

Anyway, thanks for putting this together. It was enjoyable setting it up, and seeing it hum to life, right on time ;)

HypnoticFM not yet. Mods are working, but only basic ones. Special designer is not ready yet. And to be honest, once it will be available, i will only add missing pipe connections and correct walls. And i have already prepared hard core version of 35GW. Same functionality, but put to nice design. But it will cost lot of resources.

asundrus it is not modded, it was created with pain in MK.3 You can load it to MK.3, it works fine. There are some techniques how to build blueprint with offset to another blueprint. But its a pain, especially with this size. Looking forward for modded designer.

I'm very gratefull for all your Blueprints, I just have one question, how do you manage to make such big Blueprints? I know there's a mod for bigger Blueprints than Vanilla, but it currently doesn't work, so how do you do it, if you don't mind sharing :)
