Startup: Allow buffer to fill to at least 1800 m3 before opening valves completely. Output will rise to 31 GW within 1 minute, fluctuating between 31-36 GW for about 5 minutes till fuel gens fill.

This is a stacked blueprint of 60 overclocked fuel generators designed to consume 600 rocket fuel/min and output 36 GW of power. Modifying the machines or logistics will likly result in a non-functioning plant. Modifying aesthetics can be done by loading the blueprint into the Mk2 Blueprint Designer.
