Update as of 27 Mar 2025: I've changed from a single vertical stack of 20 to a flower arrangement of 20 to get a "fuller" smoke effect from the cooling tower. Yes the conveyors are a little gross inside, but that's what happens when you make a flower out of NPPs and you can't see it anyways.

Build 5 of these and you have 100 NPPs, which if you overclock them all to 250% is about how many you need to consume all the nuclear power from uranium on the map as fuel rods.

Buildable in Ph4, but you will need to devote almost all your inventory to the parts for one of these + dimensional storage.
