Part 1 of 3 of my Rubber blueprint. Part of my "Overclocking" Collection:

Input: 300 Crude Oil, 1000 Water

Output: 900 Rubber

The belts / pipes and power lines you have to connect are all marked with signs. (Polymer Resin Overflow is integrated for unbalanced start ups/stops, but I never had to use it. Production is stable)
