Wiremod: Autobalancing Sushi Belt Proof of Concept

Requires Ficsit-Wiremod version 10.x. Version 11.x crashed my game to desktop when using a conveyor limiter. The awesome sink within the blueprint is just a placeholder for your factory consuming the items on the sushi belt.
