U need to manually connect each floor and manually connect whole stack to the grid To connect upper floor to the lower one, you need to connect the top wall outlet of the lower floor to the bottom wall outlet of the upper one. Wall outlets are mounted on the center of the blueprint, on the opposite sides of horizontal pillars crossing. The blueprint doesn't contain any external outlets as it's symmetrical. You can put an outlet wherever you want and just connect it to the center one. If you fall inside of it you have to either ladder your way up or disassemble some walls, sorry for that.
