Coal power plant 2700MW MK.3

I am a bit lost. I connect the plant to power and nothing starts. The coal generator inside are showing no power. I used as the first image as reference for connecting the power.

Are pumps for headlift needed inside the factory bottom floor

Im so sorry to hear it :( Unfortunately, im not developer and i have no idea, why dismantling leads to game crash. What i can advice, try to dismantle it old way(part by part), or use SCIM page, where you can load your save, mark what you want to delete and confirm deletion. It is an external tool, so it will works fine.

Hey Katoo, Im also running into an issue where my game crashes when deleting the entire blueprint as a whole. I am trying to move it to another part of my world, any ideas on what I can do?

Nyxsenju you need to use pumps, they are not included in BP. I dont know, from which height players will drag water, so it must be taken into account by them. Check head lift and build pumps. Remember, it is not enough to pump it to height of lower coal generator, they must be able to pump to height of 3rd generator.

i see, possibly is the reason why it crashes, also just to check, the water pipes arent flowing even on level ground all generators stuck at 10 m3 water, might wanna give a check on it, nice bps btw

Nyxsenju, it is possible, i never tested dismantling of whole BP :) It is not created in standard BP designer, but in modded MP Designer+, so this can be a reason.

im not sure what you used in your blueprint but im experiencing a bug that causes my game to crash when dismantling the blueprint as a whole

xtradi, this is written in description - Size: 9x9 foundations. So i don't get your point.

The foundation blueprint size requirements should be shown in the description

It works very well, the only issue is that almost impossible to turn off the middle stack generators. When trying to troubleshoot flows and lift pressures it is easier to turn off some of the stack to verify there was no hiccup in building, just a couple generators continue to show no water flow, even though there are 6 x 300m3 flow pipes going into the system, and the pipes are showing max flow rates. Still producing much more power than I currently need, so will give it a day to settle in. Thank you so much for this design!

Darkira it is a mod called Blueprint Designer+. You can create bigger BPs and use it in vanilla(not modded) game.

I just have one question (for anyone who would be able to answer) how did you manage to have this blueprint which exceeds the limitation of the blueprint designer ? the limit is 4x4 foundations and this blueprint is way more than this, it is like a megaprint but with the sbp extension and i would like to understand how you did that cause i'm interested to do the same.

I'm having problems with the very first water input. The flow along that pipe goes to 0 m^3/min and the generators therefore run out of water. Even with pipeline pumps. The other water lines work fine

It is 45 per generator, so yes, 2 pipes can handle 9 generators. But it is easier to use 3 pipes, also i wanted to prevent back flow and still some reserve for overclocking.

Nice! Thank you for adding the foundation size. Question: Given there are three coal generators stacked atop each other, and six stacks, would you need three pipes of 300m3 of water? Each coal generator requires 50m3 per minute.

@zs2023 it is 9x9 foundation. I never think about size, i just build, what i want and check :) Anyway, no issue, i can add this parameters to my blueprints, if it is useful for players.

How large is the foundation for this blueprint? (Actually, it could be helpful to note that for all your blueprints. ;) )
