No mod needed.
Instructions:

1. Paste the blueprint
2. Delete all boundaries foundations
3. Drop any items on the desk
4. Delete the support foundation

(if you delete the support foundation you cannot easily drop items on the desk because of a physic bug with resized objects and the collision box)
