Complete factory producing 720 plastic/min. Add water extractors manually, because it is not possible to use them in BP designer.

Input: 240 Crude Oil, 800 Water

It takes 10-15 minutes for the factory to start working at full capacity. Try to fill all constructions tanks with water first, and run the oil after.

Known issue: You cannot place a water extractor within BP boundaries once the factory has been built. This is a game bug - https://questions.satisfactorygame.com/post/638832a6ca608e0803527a43. Place extractors first.
