My first try at deploying a blueprint, after making one fully tapped out Pure Oil source at 33 generators, taking up hugs space, I thought I would try this out. Running 10 Refineries on MK3 Pipes, flowing 600/m and I went to the top to put 3 of the 36 in standby, so it matched up load wise with the buffers slowly building.. or so I thought? I was sending 600/m into the build, and had 3 of the 36 shut off, but half the generators we just seeing .5/m flows.

Maybe this is for a better Tier than I had?
