Every input is load-balanced (Manifolds are for nerds) so startup time should be fast when supplied with the required amount or more of resources.

No overclocks, only underclock.

This one I actually tested and timed the output manually, if it feels a bit slow to boot up, I'd recommend putting in some spare Modular Frames in the Manufacturer to get it running smoothly faster. I didn't want to make the walls of the box to save on the construction requirements, you can wall it up by zooping 10 walls above the current ones.

Power lines are not as efficient as they could be, so it might take more Quickwire than optimally to construct.
