Only needs mk 3 belts and below to be built in your world. Input is the bottom of the front splitters. Throw whatever you want into the splitters, set each constructor, then enjoy your new items made 5 times as fast in the same space (just don't look up). Power input is only 20 MWs, at the front where the power pole is.

To make it do things with certain things like quickwire you'll need to upgrade the lifts, everything is mk 3.
