Power plant is placed in Blue lake crater location. It can be paste only to original location, due to underground metro system delivering coal and crude oil to power plant. Power plant is split to 5 sections, which can be turned On/Off by switches located in tower control room.
Section 1: Input 426 sulfur = Output 16950 MW
Section 2: Input 426 sulfur = Output 16950 MW
Section 3: Input 426 sulfur = Output 16950 MW
Section 4: Input 426 sulfur = Output 16950 MW
Section 5: Input 426 sulfur = Output 16950 MW

Turn on as many sections as you need. Tower is about 150 meters high. It is connected to Global Rail Network(GRN) system, so no issue to deliver sulfur(if you dont use GRN, connect it to your own rail network, or use different way to supply sulfur to power plant). Once you upload megaprint, you need to delete two rails marked on picture(connection to Global Rail Network) and build it again. It will solve signals error "Signal loops into itself". There is a sulfur and turbofuel buffer, so without sulfur delivery, power plant will run on max performance ~30mins and then it will slowly shut down. But don't worry, 100GWh batteries are included, so you have a lot of time to setup sulfur route to power plant train station. Two drone port included, one to import batteries and second one to export plastic+rubber(overflow connected to sink, so you don't need to care of drones, if you don't use them).
Because of buffers, turn off and on section last some time. Turn off ~ 25mins to completelly stops all 47 generators. Turn on ~ 15mins to get 15MW and another ~10mins to smooth 16950MW output. So be patience, all buffers and long pipes must be full, before stable 16950MW output.
Underground section is accessible by hypertube, follow signs and you will find it(2 tubes close to each other, one to metro, one to tower control room). Underground section provide coal and oil to power plant, so you don't need to care of it(Coal & Crude oil delivery is included in megaprint).
