Desert coal factory 480 all desert coal nodes 22950 MW [Update 4]

This adds the maximum possible coal generators using mk2 miners, mk4 belts and all the desert coal nodes, for a total of 22.950GW of available power. It uses the exact needed amount of coal & water.

EDIT : problems are now fixed and it is fully operational with update 4!
