The first refinery receives water (90) and begins its work to provide 360 alumina per second. (Wait until you have a full tank of water before starting the refinery. If you start it directly, it will work but will take a little while to initialize properly at 100%, because 90/min, not 300) The petroleum coke refinery will, in parallel, produce coke, from the 40 heavy oil imported into the purple pipe. The alumina and coke will produce scrap, 600 per minute. And provide 210 (out of 300) of the water needed for the alumina. (210+90 = 300, yeah) To ensure that the incoming water never exceeds 90, there is a limiting valve. To ensure that a plug further down the production line with scrap does not destroy stability, there is a crusher: the excess scrap (left) is crushed.

You can repeat this setup as many times as you want, it is based on the mk5, which you should have.
