Ever have stacks of rotting leaves and the putrid bodies of the local wildlife sitting in your containers, waiting for you to convert them to biofuel, but you don't want to convert them yourself? This ultra compact monstrosity can mush crush and even sew you anything remotely related to biomass.

Input is the left container, check the picture for input items. Output is the right container, once you plug it in with the pole on the right (183 MWs) you don't even need to look at the spaghetti behind them.

It can process every item on that list at breakneck speeds, but to make the fabric you do need to also input wood aswell as the mycelia. And the wood will fill up the assemblers with biomass before moving on and being turned into biofuel.
