UPDATE for 1.0: Thank you for your inputs. I deleted the beam on the top floor, labeled the inputs better, recreated the whole wiring system for electricity and lights (separated inputs, most cables are now hidden), painted all pipe support white, filled the smelters/foundries with alum. scrap for better startup, recreated all belts. !!! You can change the belts underground to Mk5. At the moment the underground belts for distribution are all Mk6. !!!
200 Aluminum Ingots Production on a 6x6 Grid. I used this setup to process 5000+ bauxite.
Input: 120 coal, 240 bauxite, 240 water (120 water from one refinery is reused. There was never a problem with clogged waste water)
Default recipe: Alumina Solution, Alumina Scrap, Alumina Ingot, Pure Alumina Ingot
Blueprint is initially based on the Cyprium's Aluminum Production [https://satisfactory-calculator.com/en/blueprints/index/details/id/1458/name/Cyprium%27s+Aluminum+Production]. Credits to him. Compared to Cypriums blueprint, I added a smart splitter for the alum. scrap before the foundries, so that there is no overflow of Silica anymore. However, there is still an overflow for Silica included as indicated in the picture, because I use the overflow sometime for unbalanced startups (when I do changes in my builds and one raw material is not available for a short time).
Any feedback or comments are appreciated. Is there anything to improve?
