thebovin, this is a game bug, not a blueprint one. When you connect the main track you should watch that intersection arrow would appear. Because sometimes it is not and the track looks connected but it is not

There is a major problem with your Blueprint. When you place it down, you will need to rebuild all the curved rails as they are not actually connected. And you cannot actually reconnect them as the curve is too tight, so you have to build them out a bit.
