Byproduct-safe Aluminum Scrap (2400/min)

This blueprints takes 1200 bauxite, 360 water and 480 petroleum coke for input and produce 2400 aluminum scrap in 2 mk6 belts. Byproducts are handled in a way that it can't lock the system.
