Once placed, you can place Extractors on the designated spots (marked with red squares on floor). Connect power to each Extractor directly above, connect a pipeline from each Extractor output to its designated junction, and connect power to the Rig from the Power Tower at the top of the rig, or at the bottom of one of the concrete piles if building on ground if you choose. Outputs for the oil wells are on 2 sides of the Rig for further distribution. If when attempting to place Extractors, they do not attach, then delete the blueprint, and place it a second time, then it will work. Some kind of issue with the Nodes mod and blueprints that sometimes causes the first placement to not recognize the nodes.
