I have created different designs for pillars to support the railway if you don't lay it on the ground, but cause i don't have that many floating parts in my network i never got around to a satisfying result.

The Railways look best if placed on the ground following the natural terrain, if you find that too tedious, but still want a good design you should come up with your own support pillars.

If i ever get around to building out/completing my rail network i will upload a better design.
