The 1 end in this screenshot: connect the other blueprint (Vault Blueprint 1) to the power pole at the 1 end. Put a priority power switch in the connection path. The 2 end in this screenshot: connect to your hypertube entrance into your vault building. Put a priority power switch in the connection path. Make sure the bunch of switches in between 1 and 2 are inside your vault building. Make sure the row of switches that are not next to 1 and 2 are outside your vault building. Connect power to the ones that are not next to 1 and 2. Also that power needs to be coming from a single Power Storage that is also inside the vault building. Note, all these blueprints go inside the vault building except for a portion of this one.
Also, if you would like to have more security, you can connect multiple of these. Connect from the side that would have connected to the hypertube entrance on this one to the next one where the power is connected to the power poles that are not next to 1 and 2. You can keep repeating that until the actual hypertube on the last one.
In order to set the combination:
- On number 1 side, turn all the switches ON.
- Then, pick a random one, and turn it OFF.
- On the number 2 side, find the one that has 0 max consumption. That's the one that is turned off on the other side (just inverted).
- Now turn that one ON.
- Keep repeating this if you have multiple copies of the switch setup.
- The person on the outside of the vault would have to flip the corresponding switch in order to power the hypertube entrance. Otherwise, they cannot get in because it will lock down itself by having the battery (Power Storage) drain when the wrong switch is flipped.
