Yes it's compact yes you can build it in vanilla and yes it looks awful. I needed something tiny to throw in my super computer maker and after finding nothing getting the rates I wanted here I made it myself. You'll probably need a pump on the input pipe to make it up to the top. I would recomend running the water input for a couple minutes to fill the input pipes before turning in the machine itself. It takes about 20 minutes to get to full output.

I've tested this myself in vanilla on 2 seperate worlds, if it is not running at full speed it is not an issue with this thing.

    I'll be making similarly compact builds as they seem to be somewhat rare here. Might go back and improve on this using no refineries for more early game accessibility.
