It's a skin for my Modular Coal Power blueprint!

Put it on each end of mechanical blueprint, snapping to foundations under water (if you removed them already, just add them back temporarily to install this BP then remove again), and zoop in the middle stuff. I hope you have Steel Beams automated....

Because this is getting low stars, I feel I must clearly state that the included image shows the full structure including this blueprint combined with blueprint linked above. I have also replaced some of the Concrete Walls with Frame Walls for aesthetics.
