Compact synthetic power shard factory using no SAM and no sloops.

• The two converters between the inputs can be deleted after the system is primed

Instructions: Connect crude oil, quartz, and power. Factory runs at full speed in 7 minutes.

Commentary: I was always annoyed at the apparent need to use somersloops, SAM, or dark matter crystals to make shard factories self sufficient (including my own v1 factory ), but then I realized a second closed feedback loop could solve this. This is the result.
