So with this design you just have to come and delete fuel every 30 seconds? Lol would be nice to have two separate fluid storages for fuel so that both of them aren't taken and you can actually use it instead of it shutting off when it gets full and/or getting wasted.

ok. i think i finnaly got this. The problem was underworking 5 refineries that need water and polymer resin ( 1 is always full and 4 always underworking due to middle inject manifold system ). Actually all this system will collapse once 1 of this 4 stop working ( lol ), because once your refinery doesnt work your crude oil refinery will underwork and it will continue bouncing with always underworking system. So fillingpolymer resin in first 5 refineries is MANDATORY not OPTIONAL. Once i do it i see all green lights in 5 or 10 min and plastic and rubber having 100% same ratio.

or mb it is important to full system to moment that it stops, and then activate it, because right now i 100% doing Plastic more than Rubber

Because you using 120 speed for Plastic your system doesn't work properly. Segment with 200 plastic goes with mk2 belts
