Ok so, this blueprint has issues. First of all the belts going out of the ore splitters need re-doing. Best thing to do is not connect your belt to the wall but rather directly to the splitter. Once you've fixed this then you need to connect one of the steel beam constructors to the merger to go into the assembler. After that then it should work fine.

Ok so it seems the problem is with the belts going into the first splitters at the entrance if you just redo the splitters/belts for the splitter everything seems to run fine.

Yes I agree I'm not sure what needs to be done to remedy the situation.

the belts on the input ores didn't hook up properly, and you didn't mention it consumes power shards that i saw. plus needs some windows.
